More than 15 years of experience in municipal infrastructure and industrial technologies. Over that time, he has been through dozens of negotiations with municipalities, technical services departments and waste management companies across the Czech Republic and internationally — forming the core know-how behind the entire DEPYRO network.
Responsible for business development, documentation for municipalities and investors, financial modelling, and coordination of the entire process from first contact to signed LOI.

Pyrolysis units are supplied by partners with more than 15 years of development experience and their own manufacturing base. The cooperation includes technology delivery, operator training, a long-term service agreement and access to the demonstration facility in the Czech Republic.
At the same time, the DEPYRO network is inherently open to additional technology suppliers. Each project may work with a different manufacturer, provided they meet network standards in terms of performance, emissions, certification and economic return.

The COMUNERGY BV holding structure, the project company (SPV) model, and the Shareholders' Agreement (SHA) framework are prepared and in the final stage of formal anchoring. The LOI template for municipalities and the partner framework are finalised and actively used in ongoing negotiations.
Formal engagement of legal representation will be finalised in connection with the first signed projects.
The project is continuously consulted with people from the sectors it touches — energy, waste management, municipal administration and infrastructure. Their experience directly shapes the way we build the network.
