The DEPYRO network is built on several layers working together — the founding core, technology partners, regional representatives and a specialist advisory circle. The project has been international from the start, so the team and partner network are spread across European markets.

Dedicated to the idea of pyrolysis and its use in municipal infrastructure since 2009 — alongside other professional work, with growing intensity in recent years. Over that time, he has led talks with dozens of municipalities, technical services and waste companies in the Czech Republic — forming the core know-how behind the DEPYRO network.
Responsible for business development, documentation for partners and investors, financial modelling, and coordinating the whole process from first contact to signed LOI.

Pyrolysis units are supplied by partners with more than 15 years of development experience. The cooperation includes technology delivery, operator training, a long-term service agreement, and access to the demonstration site in the Czech Republic.
By design, the DEPYRO network is also open to other technology suppliers. Any project can work with a different manufacturer, as long as they meet the network's standards for performance, emissions, certification and economic return.

The holding structure, project company (SPV) model, and cooperation agreement framework (SHA) are prepared in draft form for the first signed project. A preLOI template for partners is ready and in active use in ongoing discussions; full legal finalisation follows the closing of the first pilot.
Legal representation is provided through a law firm in Jihlava.
We regularly consult the project with people from the fields it touches — energy, waste management, municipal administration and infrastructure. Their experience directly shapes how we build the network.
The DEPYRO partner network is taking shape alongside the project. We publish the names of individual international partners and advisory circle members gradually, as their roles become formally established and agreements are signed.
